The criteria for applicants

At Porter's View we really don't believe in having any strict criteria for our applicants. We feel our carefree way of life should be open and available to all. However, we do have some restrictions which were agreed as part of the planning process for Porter's View.

The local planning department put in some minor eligibility criteria around age and mobility to ensure the bungalows were available for those who most needed a property of this type.

Although not complicated, the criteria is personal to each applicant, therefore we recommend contacting us to discuss this further.
